Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information ordoflow collects when you visit ordoflow.ai or contact us, what we do with it, and the choices you have. We have tried to write it in plain language rather than legalese.

1. Who we are

ordoflow is a trade name of Habibi Labs LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“ordoflow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We build and support custom AI automations for small and medium businesses. We are the party responsible for the information described in this policy.

2. Information you give us

The only place this website asks you for information is the contact form. When you submit it, we receive:

• the name you enter;
• the email address you enter; and
• the message you write.

Those three fields are all we ask for — there is no account to create, no payment information collected on this site, and nothing else is required of you. If we go on to work together, any information exchanged during that engagement is governed by the services agreement we sign with you, not by this policy.

3. Information collected automatically

Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like essentially every web host, Cloudflare automatically logs technical information about requests to the site — including your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time of the request — and uses it to serve the site and to protect it from attacks and abuse. We do not use these logs to build profiles of visitors.

This site also loads the JetBrains Mono typeface from Google Fonts. Because the font files are served by Google, your browser sends your IP address to Google when a page loads.

4. Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies. We do not use advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, session recording, or cross-site tracking of any kind, and we do not respond differently to Do Not Track signals because we are not tracking you in the first place.

5. How we use your information

We use the personal information you send us only to:

• read and respond to your inquiry;
• have a conversation about whether we are a fit for your business; and
• keep a record of that correspondence.

We do not add you to a marketing list because you filled out the contact form, and we do not use your message to train AI models.

6. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with the service providers that make the site and our email work:

• Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, DNS, and email routing for our domain.
• Web3Forms — processes the contact form submission and delivers it to us by email. Web3Forms may also keep its own record of the submission on its systems.
• Google LLC — hosts the mailbox that receives your message, and serves the webfont described in section 3.

We may also disclose information if we are legally required to, or where necessary to protect our rights or someone’s safety.

7. How long we keep it

Contact form submissions arrive as email and stay in our mailbox so we have a record of the conversation. We keep inquiries that do not lead to an engagement for up to 24 months, then delete them. If we do work together, correspondence is retained for the life of the engagement plus any period our records or tax obligations require. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time — see section 9. Where our form processor holds its own copy, we will request deletion there as well.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are encrypted in transit. We limit access to inquiries to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive information — health records, financial account numbers, government ID numbers, passwords or credentials — through the contact form. If an engagement requires handling sensitive data, we will set up an appropriate channel and the contractual protections that go with it. In particular, this website is not a HIPAA-compliant channel — no business associate agreement covers form submissions, so please do not send protected health information (PHI) through it.

9. Your rights and choices

Whatever jurisdiction you are in, you can email us at [email protected] and ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We will not discriminate against you for asking.

Texas residents. Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act you may confirm whether we process your personal data, access and correct it, request deletion, obtain a portable copy, and opt out of sale or targeted advertising. We do not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising.

California residents. Under the CCPA/CPRA you may request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, request deletion or correction, and opt out of sale or sharing. Again — we do not sell or share personal information.

EU/UK residents. Under the GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Our lawful basis for handling contact form submissions is legitimate interest — responding to a request you chose to send us. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Where your information is handled. We and our service providers are located in the United States, so anything you send us is processed there.

We will respond to any verifiable request within the time your law allows (45 days in Texas and California, one month under the GDPR).

10. Children

This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be called out on this page rather than made quietly.
